Hi does any know why my Fitbit Alta HR will not pair with my IPhone now. I’ve tried turning off the Bluetooth and the icon and restarting them, and turning off the phone and restarting it. But it won’t work ??

@Mayfly Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Alta HR isn't syncing with your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try refreshing the link between them by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device.
Let me know how it goes!

Hello @Mayfly, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
I appreciate you have come back and updated us. Please note that your device will not pair nor sync through the Bluetooth settings on your phone but through the Fitbit app. If you're still having trouble setting up yur Alta HR, please try the following:
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
- Restart your Alta HR again.
- If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet and try to set up again.
- If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet and try to set up the device one more time.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
