Alta Notifications Not Working

I am having trouble getting my notifications to work on my Alta. I recently got the new Iphone 7. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I have made sure my notifications are turned on. I have logged out from the app and restarted my phone and logged back into the app. I have forgotten my device and and readded it to my bluetooth. I am at a loss at to what else I can do. Please help!!

After trying the previous troubleshooting steps, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about everything you've tried so far, I'm sure they will be happy to get you back on track.

Thanks for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. in this case I would like to suggest restarting your tracker, then please check  on your phone under Settings > Notifications > Fitbit that the following options are enabled:

 

  • Allow Notifications
  • Show in Notification Center
  • Show on Lock Screen.

Additionally, make sure the Alert Style is set to Banners or Alerts.

Hello @MarcoGFitbit I tried everything that you suggested. It is still not working. I have restarted twice and uninstalled the app again. I even forgot the device in the app and started from the beginning. I am at a loss as to what else I can do.

Hi @MarcoGFitbit. Thanks for all your help. I was finally able to get it to work. I am not sure what I did but after trying so many things I am just happy that it works. Thanks again for all your advice.
