I have an Alta. I've had it since September. I have never had an issue until last night. It will not sync to my iPhone app. My Bluetooth is on, and it will not even recognize the device. I have turned off and turned back on Bluetooth. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I have reset my iPhone 6s. I have logged out of my account and back in. I have reset my tracker. Now my fracker is stuck on "http://Fitbit.com/setup." I go to the website and it does nothing. Help please. When I go to set up device it just says there is something wrong. I have literally tried everything I have read on here. PLEASE HELP.

So far I still know nothing. The tracker and my phone don't communicate at all.
I downloaded the app to my iPad and set up the device and it worked perfectly. But, I don't carry my iPad everywhere, so I still can't view it correctly on my phone.
HELP!!!!

Hello @PastryChef10 and @Mizzjojo808, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board!
Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? If so and having restarted your Alta, your phone and the Bluetooth on your mobile device, my suggestion would be setting up your tracker as a new device in your account. Don't worry, this won't delete any of the information stored in your account so far.
To set up your tracker as a new device:
One thing to mention is that in order to sync your tracker using your computer you will need to plug in the USB dongle and open the Fitbit Connect software which you can download form "fitbit.com/setup", this site is where you it's possible to start the download, it is not used to sync your tracker.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
