A warm welcome to the Community @K-bit. If you are having problems with your notifications, I recommend following the instructions provided in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post. After these steps you should be able to use this feature without an inconvenience.

I already opened a support ticket a couple weeks ago. Still no fix. I
was hoping that the recent update would fix the problem, but it didn't.
