Alta not syncing

My Alta has not been syncing since the app updated. I have tried everything on the forum from restarting. Deleting and reinstalling. Turning off my Bluetooth then back on and trying on another device. Still no luck.

That's exactly what mine is doing. I have to reset daily, sometimes multiple times a day in order for it to sync.

@Lisalisa78@Tbarrows@Julic0619, having tried @RobertoME's steps, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track!
