For the Alta setup, on the IOS app it won’t let me click the “I agree” button. I can look at the terms and policies but I can’t agree to any of them. Am I the only one experiencing this problem?

You're not the only one - this is a known bug. Keep an eye on the following thread that has the latest updates from fitbit and a few ideas to try to get round the problem:
