Alta steps deleted after updating app.

all previous steps today were erased after i updated app

This seems like a very odd situation, have you experienced it before? In this case I would like to ask you to restart your Alta, then go to your online Dashboard and check if your steps appear correctly here. If so, please try the following in the app:

 

  • Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone, then swipe the app up. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
