I'd recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process listed here.

tried everything, bu ti ti doesn't work, so disappointed

i end up exchanged another new alta at retail store, everything is smooth and syncing well with my iphone 6s now!Smiley Very Happy
