App Update 2.32 - Charge HR doesnt Sync now - Please help

Hello,

 

iam from Germany and hope you can understand my bad english.

 

Yesterday, my iPhone shows me a Update for the Fitbit App to Version 2.32, later at the Day i see the Charge HR doesnt Sync.

Today i look again, no Sync.


I try this things:

- Reboot the iPhone

- Reboot the Bluetooth (2 Times)

- a complete Reset of the Charage HR (shows 0:00 now)

- delete the Charage HR from the app and add a new Charge HR, but not it hang on "Connection with Tracker..." (Doenst find it)

 

What i can do now? I think that Update to Version 2.32 is the problem.

@André1986 Out of curiosity, do you manage multiple Bluetooth connection on your iOS device? If so, you might be experiencing Bluetooth interruption which would influence your syncing. Click here for more information.

 

Also, do you sync with more than one mobile device? If you do, the Bluetooth bond which is required for things like Connected GPS and notifications may be blocking you from syncing to a different mobile device or computer. In this case, I'd recommend the steps here.

Hi Derrick,

 

now i have test the last Day with the Fitbit, and got this "Observations":

 

1. The FitBit sync works, but it works not at this time where you want. The mobilephone and fit bit try to Sync since one Hour, and it does nothing. maybe in 3-4 Hours i look at the app and see "last sync 1 hour ago".

 

2. my last sync was yesterday 11:00pm, but today in the morning i try to sync (want to look at my sleep-diagnostics), i can do what i want, iPhone off/on, Bluetooth off/on = no Sync.

"Synchronize is running" but never finish

 

3. Reset the FitBit doesnt change the problem

 

4. This Problem is since i Update to App Version 2.32, before this all run perfect.

 

5. I dont get other Bluetooth Connections, "My devices" are only Charge HR
