App constantly removes water logs.

This is clearly the most important and devastating bug that I've experienced with Fitbit.  Clearly.

Throughout today, the app keeps resetting my glasses of water to zero.  Has this happened to anyone else?

I’m getting this too. Fitbit charge 2.

keeps putting water to zero, and shows my calorie intake as zero on the dashboard (but the food is still listed when I go into the food log).

fitbit - any answer?

My water record is also being wiped and it usually happens after a sync.

This is also happening on my Flex, along with wiping out over 1000 steps. Pretty annoying.

It appears this has been fixed, although my cups of water drank that day now read at 440 ounces.

Because it kept resetting to zero all day, I kept re-adding cups.  Oh well.

Hello @AndrewPf, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have come back and let me know this issue has been resolved on your end. Please note that you can tap on the water tile and remove the extra logs if you need to. Simply locate the water log you want to delete and swipe it all the way left.

Thanks again for coming back, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Thank you, @MarcoGFitbit.  To be specific for other users who may be obsessive about this like me, the steps to remove the extra water logs are to: 1) 'tap on' that specific day, June 7th, within the Water tile, 2) slide unwanted logs to the left, and then 3) tap on 'delete'.  That will immediately reduce the total amount of water drank as you delete logs.
