Fitbit Update 5/4/2018: 2.50 has been released, can you please update your app and try again. If the app is still crashing/freezing please let me know.

Fitbit Update 5/2/2018Hi Everyone - I'd like to suggest two possible workarounds for those experiencing this app crash:

1. Try turning off Bluetooth before opening the app.

2. Try turning on Airplane mode and then open the app.

If either work, please let me know. Thanks again for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

Update 4/25/2018: Hi everyone, I've merged a few reports of the app freezing or crashing after iOS update 2.49. Our team is aware and currently investigating. Thanks very much for your reports. As a workaround, you may want to try deleting and reinstalling the app as mentioned in @LZeeW's post.

Hey,

after having similar problems myself myself this was fixed by one of a few things.

Theres been a recent iOS update if you’re on Apple. There’s also been a recent app update so make sure that’s running up to date.

Try remvong your device from the app. Restarting both the Fitbit and your device and repairing.

You up may have done one or two of these alread but just try it from scratch and see how you get on. Failing this you may need to raise a support ticket.

Cheers!

Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

I appreciate some of you have come back and let me know your issue has been resolved after updating the app, I'm very glad!

@Jim987, at this moment I would like to suggest you to update the Fitbit app as this error (400) usually appears when an older version of the app is being used.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!
