Still having problems with the app. Says ive done well over my step limit everyday, freezing when I try to load stuff on the app. Fitbit said it was a known error months ago but still havent done anything. Is anyone having the same problem?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling about this situation and recommend trying the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.

Clear your iPhone cache: How to Clear Your Browser's Cache on an iPhone.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.

Hey,
thanks for replying. I have already done all this previously as advised by fitbit and nothing worked. They then confirmed it was a known error which they were sorting but nothing has changed on mine.

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I understand your concern and would like to confirm if the app freezes when you try to load your sleep details? Please provide the model of your phone and your iOS version?

yes the app does freeze on that page.
I have an iphone x and it is version 14.4.2
