This keeps happening. I manually log my exercise yet it’s not showing calories burned or what calories I have left for the day based on exercise. I use this to sync to my WW app and it’s all a waste of money if it doesn’t work correctly. Does anyone know who to contact about this? I’ve tried rebooting and reinstalling multiple times.

Hi @SunsetRunner. Welcome on board!
Thanks for letting me know that your calories burned don't adjusted after your exercise, as well for the steps that you've tried prior posting. I understand how important it's to get accurate data to track your progress and let me help you with this matter. Just to confirm, have you updated the Fitbit app to the latest version? Does this happen just when manually logging exercises or also when using the exercise app on your Fitbit?
I'd recommend to delete your exercise, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone one more time, open the Fitbit app and manually log your exercise to see if the calories burned are adjusted this time.
I'll be around, keep me posted.

I am having this issue today. I manually logged activities 3 this morning on my app (iOS) and Fitbit is not adjusting my calorie count at all. It was working fine yesterday.

This keeps happening. Fitbit needs to do better. I spent a lot of money on this watch and it’s not doing what it should. If this doesn’t get resolved I’m calling Fitbit for a refund and getting an Apple Watch.

Hi @SunsetRunner. Thanks for getting back and I'm sorry for the delayed response.
I understand how you're feeling as your exercises aren't logging correctly. Your feedback is truly appreciated as it helps us to work on our products and their performance to enhance your experience with them. Just to confirm, do you see a message instead of the calories burned during your exercise? Does the same happen with the rest of your stats (heart rate, steps, distance, etc.)? Also, have you tried the steps suggested above? These details will help me to further investigate and continue helping you.
I'll look forward to your response.

This happens every day with just the exercise calories. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. None of the suggested tips work to fix it. This is clearly something your developers need to fix.

Hi @SunsetRunner. Thanks for getting back with more details about this issue.
Also, thanks for trying the steps suggested in this thread. I understand where you're coming from about not getting your exercise data syncing correctly and I'll continue helping you with this. Just to confirm, do you see any type of message on the Fitbit app instead of your calories? I'm asking this as we've received feedback from other members who are getting "Not enough data available" instead of their data after logging their exercises. If this is the case, let me share that this issue has been escalated to our team and it should be resolved with the next app update which is currently rolling out. For more updates about this issue, please visit this thread.
If you're experiencing a different issue, please take a screenshot of what it's displayed in the Fitbit app and attach it in your reply. For instructions to do that, check this post.
Keep me updated.
