Since the last updates to the FitBit iOS App it will not consistently respond to selections on the screen when it is first opened. The data updates from my Charge 3, but then there is some sort of serious lag - whether it's while it is syncing or not I can't tell - which lasts up to 2 minutes. I can't tell what is causing it, because, well, the screen is frozen and doesn't respond at all, except if you do the action to swipe up to close the app.
I've fully updated and restarted my phone. Exiting the app and restarting it will cause the same problem again. I do not have wifi problems, so it's not a connection issue at my end.
Further test: If I can *very quickly* swipe down on the app when I first open it, to force a sync, then I can see the syncing animation just stops, freezes completely, and the app won't respond at all.
This has been happening for the last 3 days, and is beyond annoying. Server problems continuing? Problem with the iOS app update? What's going on?
