App screen messed up when manually logging workout

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Whenever I manually log a work out the screen gets messed up. When I first enter the start time the screen is fine, but when I enter the duration it is over-printed on what was there before. I can do it in reverse order and the result is the same: the thing I enter first is fine, and the thing I enter second is messed up. Basically, that part of the screen is not cleared before putting more in that space. I have a screenshot but I don’t know if I can attach it here.

This happened on my iPhone 6 and I thought it was just something with my old tech. Now that I have an iPhone 12 that is 100% up-to-date with the OS and app, I see that old tech is not the cause.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @FitFeelsBettet.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts to provide a screenshot and recommend confirming if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?

If the issue persists, please try saving the exercise before you enter the duration. Then go back and edit the second data element.

Hope this helps!

I read the instructions carefully and checked everything on my screen in both the app and in my browser. I don’t have those options, only undo, bold, italic, bullet list and link. The ones for inserting an image or video aren’t available to me. It’s the same whether I start a new thread or post a reply. I also do not see an option to request the full desktop version of the webpage in my iPhone browser or in the app. Is the attach photo feature not available to new forum members?
