App showing blank screen, unable to download it from App Store.

Hi team,

 

This morning when I tried to sync my Ionic the sync screen turned white and wouldn't respond. I killed the app and tried again.  Same thing.  I removed the app completely, restarted my phone, and tried to download the app again from the App Store.  No dice.  The app store download just spins.

 

Any idea what's going on?

  1. iPhone model you're using
  2. OS version your iPhone is currently running.

I had this happen the other morning too.. I think the problem was it wasn't connecting to the network.. killed it a few times and same thing so I let it sit at a blank screen and after a few minutes it came up and worked fine
