On the main hub of the iOS app it says I have calories left over before I hit my budget. However, when I click on the Food Tile to get an in depth look, it already says I'm over target?

So I'll still be in a weight loss deficit, just not at the daily desired rate that I input when I set my weight loss goals, if I'm understanding correctly? If so that makes sense! (Which is fine if so, since I plan on doing all of my workouts during the week and be somewhat lazy on weekends 😂)

Hello again @bruinsgirl33

You are correct. I’m sure your doing great and there’s nothing wrong with taking rest days. I’m relatively a bum on the weekends. Everyone needs a break if your exercise and drive hard all week. Keep doing what your doing. I’m sure your rocking it girl.

If my previous post did indeed answer your question could you please tap “Choose as best Answer” under that post? Doing so really helps other individuals who come to this community looking for answers to questions similar to your own. I’d really appreciate it! 😃
