This helped! Thanks phv.

My home router does not require an http page to log in, nor it does restrict traffic, but it does has a MAC address filter on. I disabled the WiFi, went over LTE and could finally log in again.

Lets see see how long it takes to log me out again now that I’m using WiFi

I am getting logged out still on the latest version of the app 2/41/1 (723). This destroys auto sync. This needs to be prioritised more and fixed immediately.

Mine is doing exactly the same - it’s taking FOREVER to sync. So frustrating

Hi everyone,

My Blaze is automaticaly logged out every day. That's not only annoying because i have to log in time after time, but also because my Blaze is not communicating properly when starting an exercise e.g. a Run or Hike. Distance is not measured correctly, maps are missing ... All software for my iphone 7s and the fitbit app is uptodate, so i'm anxiously waiting for a fix

thanks,

Roy

Each morning I have to reboot phone and login before fitbit will sync even with latest update

I don't think app bugs are not just isolated to fit bit on IOS. Is it the
same on Android? The new IOS has been nothing but errors and bugs across
many apps for me.

Interesting suggestion: maybe (to be checked) the same issue is affecting both the login/logout behaviour and the draining of the Fitbit One battery : the app may consider the network connection fails and does not release the Bluetooth connection while even failing to consider the user logged in....

It could be unrelated but it is worth a “hint”

if you can get an apple watch you already got one. And Fitbit knows it.

I'm still having the issue with 2.411.  I am randomly having to re-enter my user name and password.  I am also finding that every time I use the exercise mode, I have to go back to the app before the GPS will work.  This has been going on since I updated to iOS 11.

Misery loves company.  Last  week or so Fitbit Charge 2 can’t stay logged in on iPhone 6S iOS Fitbit app.  Constantly logged out and now lots of registered activities but say not synced.  Been using Fitbit for over year and only reason I haven’t awitched to a different fitness tracker is the App.

Indeed the logout misbehaviour is random and repeated. The paradox is that one the app is in that logout state ...it is somehow prevent the One devices Bluetooth sync connection to be stuck.

Some one bug allows to work around the other but both are greatly affecting the user experience. Couldn’t Fitbit consider a roll back to the IOS app release of last July?! It was working better, definitely.

Hi Everyone, We are still working on this issue. As mentioned there have been some mitigating fixes, but we are aware some are being asked to continuously log in. I hope to have an update soon. Thanks again for your patience.

It has been over 2 1/2 months since this problem began. Not only do I get logged out, when I try to log back in I get the "oopps, something went wrong" message. It can take 24-48 hours before it will finally log in. Fitbit connect will not sync on the desk top, saying "no internet connection." During this entire time Fitbit has occasionally responded with your response, that you are aware. Not good enough. Have you tried to hire some of the Apple or Garmin software engineers? They don't seem to have this problem. Very disappointed in your responses and solutions. Almost like a government operation going on. This entire situation makes my GPS connected Charge 2 useless. Such a scam Fitbit has going, as they promote their new line of fitness trackers.

These canned answers are as repetitious and annoying as being asked to log in twice a day, as the connectivity being lost mid-exercise, as the batteries constantly draining, as the database being refreshed each time I have to log in...

Fix this!

I am having several problems.

1. My app keeps logging out.

2. I have to restart my watch several times a day to get it to sync.

3. My scale won’t sync.

I don’t know if they are all related but it is getting really annoying.
