My 3 coworkers and I are also having the same problem (we all have iPhones too). I even re-downloaded the app and restarted my phone and it still doesn’t work.
Same problem here. The steps are synced, but not updated in the challenge. I already restarted the app and my phone. Nothing helps. Can it be due to the new dashboard of the iOS app? This has changed last week.
My challenges started to sync again this morning. Also, none of my coworkers in the challenge have the new layout/dashboard so maybe it was a system glitch with Fitbit as a whole.
