Hey I am new. Been using the app for years. About 2 months ago I got an apple watch - using sync solver my steps were being saved to the fitbit app. Since January 25 nothing has been recorded, I manually entered the info.
So what am I doing wrong.

Hi @DeeCal, and welcome to the forums. Sync solver is a third party app, not developed by Fitbit so Fitbit is not going to be able to help. You can try contacting their customer service. Or perhaps one of the posters here can offer some advice.
I’m not familiar with sync solver but since you have a specific start date for your issue, I have to ask, what happened on Jan. 25? If you sync to an iPhone or iPad, did the iOS get updated that day? It sounds like something happened to stop the compatibility. The first thing I would do is make sure you are on the latest versions of Fitbit, sync solver and the iOS on the device housing the Fitbit app.

Hello,
I tried to since and it just stopped. I have manually entered the
information into the FitBit system.

Hello @DeeCal, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. It's nice to see you too @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help.
@DeeCal, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that as @SunsetRunner mentioned, the Fitbit app is unable to sync information from an Apple Watch. Many people have been used SyncSolver but as this app was not developed by Fitbit, my best recommendation is to contact them and let them know about this situation.
Thanks for your understanding, have a great day.
