Apple health app syncing with Fitbit.

Trying to sync data from apple health to fitbit. Everything is getting updated but the distance. Has anyone got similar issue.

i have a old fitbit charge hr.

At this moment, it's not possible to connect the Health app on your iPhone with the Fitbit app so they can transfer information between each other. If you're not able to see distance on the Fitbit app after syncing your tracker, please go to the online Dashboard and check if the information is updating here correctly. If so, I would like to recommend the following:

• Force-close the app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up the app. 
• Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

If distance is not showing on the online Dashboard, please restart your tracker and monitor it for the next days to check if this resolves the issue.

My bad that I didn't put the the problem correctly. I think the distance is counted correctly. The lifetime distance is not getting counted. I wanted to see if that is an issue if data is synced through 3rd party apps like sync solver ?

In order to check your lifetime distance, you can go to your online profile, and under My Achievements, the lifetime distance will be displayed.
