My average heart rate data is not displaying in tracked exercise. I am using iOS and have a charge3. This is a 2 month problem.

Hello and welcome back @SteveinRoa

Good to see you again. I see your having trouble with your average heart rate not displaying in your tracked exercises. Are you using mobile tack by chance? If you use MobileTrack in the Fitbit app, your heart rate might not appear on your device. Something else to consider is when you're not exercising, wearing the tracker just above the wrist bone, as you would a watch, works fine. However, moving the tracker up a couple inches can be helpful during high-intensity exercises or exercises that cause you to bend your wrist frequently.

Hey MegaBite.

some clarifying info:

There are no issues displaying a heart rate. My hear rate is tracked throughout my run and displayed On the daily heat rate graph. the average heart rate is not calculated/ displayed afterwards. It used to be in the exercise summary but is no longer there.

I am not familiar with the Mobile Track. I carry my phone when running.

Hello again @SteveinRoa

Thank you for clarifying. I glanced around a bit and realized that it’s apparently a known issue. You can see and monitor the status of the information here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-2/App-not-showing-heart-rate-data-after-run/td-p/3663534

I will try to look into it and if I find out any further information I will be sure to pass it on.
