Hello all I have notice that my Fitbit reports example 16% battery life and the app shows 20% battery life. I have done all the restarts reboots delete and reinstall of the app and software. I’m in the latest iOS app and latest firmware on Fitbit anyone else have this problem

Yip, I upgraded to 15.3.1 from 15.3 but works regardless.
Glad it resolved your issue though. These are very weird and must somehow be related to phone app settings? But we will never know?
Best AnswerWorked last night and now it’s off by 5%. Closing and reopening the app on iPhone works for the first sync then never updates.

Best AnswerI checked, no updates for my Fitbit app in the apple App Store and the battery is not updating
Best AnswerNote that when I went to the app store I saw no update available either.
Then I clicked on OPEN and it said Update available.
So maybe just try this as I would have thought it would have notified both on the phone app and app store but it did not, I just found it by mistake.

I tried twice on my phone and no app update, I just tried my wives 8+ and she did have an update for 3.54 and it did fix it on hers. Mine is is one version behind, they must be rolling out the 3.54 update. I will try again tonight.

Thanks Bill!

Best AnswerThat's correct, it now seems the latest Fitbit App 3.54 (1098) update has resolved the problem. 😎

Hi everyone!
Thanks for keeping me posted, and your efforts while working on this matter. I'm glad this issue got fixed for some of our members after installing the iOS App 3.54 version. Because this update is currently being rolled out to all our members, in case you don't see it yet, check the App Store again later. For instructions on how to update the Fitbit app, see this help article.
If by any chance the issue persists after the update, please let me know so I can forward your comments to our team.
I truly appreciate your patience and feedback. We'll keep working to improve and make Fitbit more useful for you.
Thanks for the “additional advice” my battery wasn’t in fact 20% however as I stated in my post. So if you read it properly you would see
Best AnswerBut your battery was at one point at 20% power or else you could not have gotten the screen shot that you posted, so the "additional advice" was indeed relevant. If you read it properly you would see.
I started this post... and I am happy to say that the update works!!! My iPhone is now showing the correct battery charge at all times.
Unless others have continuing issues, you can delete my post or close it.
