Biking in iOS app??

Why would the Fitbit device itself allow you to choose biking as an exercise type but manually logging real time exercises in iOS app does not give you that option?

Hello @RussellGilbert and welcome to the Help forums.  That walk/run/hike option is a feature called MobileRun and is Fitbit's first feature that allowed GPS tracking.  This was released well before Fitbit had an Exercise app on the device and the algorithms to track biking (or anything else).  It is still available because there are still devices in use that don't have an Exercise app.  It also gives voice prompts.  Devices can only give vibration feedback.
