Blaze not syncing correctly with app.

My blaze is not downloading the activity hours,  work out information, heart rate for the day and sleep.  I’ve tried turning phone on/off, uninstalled devices, uninstalled/reinstalled app.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums, for sharing your experience and letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Tell me, since when have you experienced this situation? Is your Blaze syncing other information like steps, distance, calories burned, etc.? If so, I would like to suggest you to check the online Dashboard and check if your other information is showing up here. If it is, try the following in the app:

 

  • Force-quit the app, then open it again. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
