@Infomr2786, welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Fitbit not syncing. You won't be able to update the clock face if your device isn't syncing so lets address this issue first. You didn't specify which Fitbit device you have but you can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
