Hello @Bknavin, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Usually, Fitbit trackers are not being found on the Bluetooth settings on your phone, they are paired and synced through the Fitbit app. If you're not able to find your One on your Bluetooth settings, don't worry, simply open the app and check if it starts to sync.

If your tracker is not syncing correctly, I would like to suggest checking @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven very helpful for many members in the Community.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you please feel free to reply! Smiley Wink

SOLVED! I had the same problem with my Flex 2 and talked to support just now. If you have other devices nearby with Bluetooth switched on it can confuse the tracker. I switched off Bluetooth on my ipad and it solved it straight away.
