Burned calories completely wrong

My Fitbit adds on about 3000 calories to my daily total. Even when I’ve had a lazy day at home I’ve burned 3000/4000 calories. Or if I wake up and not done anything I’ve burned 2500. & let me tell you I am not super fit so this shouldn’t be happening. Nor am I going crazy at the gym to warrant said calorie burn. Ive reset my charge 3 a handful of times hoping it would help. But it’s still not helping! Please help me!

@Karenfromfinanc Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your caloric burn calculation. Please check your personal information (age, weight, height) as this information is used for this purpose and will affect the figures you see.

Let me know how it goes.
