I would like to advise that our team has started releasing a new version of the Fitbit app (3.41) and I recommend updating the app once you see it available as updates come with new features and bug fixes. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.

Best AnswerThank you. The App Store wasn’t saying the updated version was available, so I deleted the app then reinstalled. It installed the updated version of the app. That seems to have fixed the issue.
