Calories left don't match in the Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi there!

I always put my food intake each day. Today, I noticed that it’s saying I’m at my limit with 495 calories for the day with almost 1300 burned at 12pm. I have deleted and re added the app. I also deleted and input all my food over again with no fix. Can someone help me please? My app says I have 800 calories left for the day but my food journal says I’m at the limit

I am having the problem on my iPhone 12 with iOS version 14.7.1 and Fitbit version 3.44.  I am NOT having the problem on my 6th generation iPad running iOS version 14.6 and Fitbit version 3.43.1

thanks for your help!

I have a iPhone 12 with iOS version 14.6 & the Fitbit version is 3.44 (mine is having the issue of not having the daily calorie allotment on the dashboard & the food page match up. It’s been this way since my phone automatically updated to 3.44 over Monday night). My husband has a iPhone XR with iOS version 14.6 & the Fitbit version is 3.43.1 (his still works correctly & the numbers continue to match up on both pages).

We’ve been using the Fitbit app on iPhones since 2015 (every day this year), & I noticed as soon as it stopped working correctly. Thank you for looking into this!

This has been happening for about a week now, I keep checking but I don't see any other posts about it...when I log calories, this has been happening:

The number of calories consumed matches, but as you can see from today's screenshots, the dashboard says 972 calories left and when I click into it it says 207 calories left.  I've logged out and back in, checked for updates, and I can't figure out how to fix it.  Is anyone else having this problem?

The last 2 days my calories are showing up correctly on the summary screen but when I click on it to go into the calorie section my calories are showing incorrectly.

I recently got a Charge 4. I noticed that on my app it shows ‘over target’ while on my Fitbit.com dashboard it shows ‘under target’. This has been happening every day since I started using it. Why is this?

Still happening for me

IOS 14.7.1

The discrepancy is only on the app, on Fitbit.com is correct

it started as soon as I started using my Fitbit (received new, only about 4 days ago)

Where I log my food, it’s no longer giving me my basic allotted calories available for the day. It’s strictly going by what I burn while exercising, so after a light breakfast I’m already over target. The dashboard is showing it correctly though. Any thoughts?

Same problem here, for 7 years I’ve been adding everything I eat and drink and calories matched in dashboard and food input screen. Since the last three or four updates they don’t and support has been no help.  I’ll wait for the next update and if problem not fixed I’ll switch to the Apple Watch.
