Since the last update, anytime I press on the notifications in this window, it won’t open up. I’ve disconnected and deleted my Versa, deleted the app, and nothing has worked.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and a screenshot. I recommend trying one more time the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
- Please verify if your phone is up-to-date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone and log back into Fitbit app.
- If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app again.
