@bornfromanegg You are correct, you cannot add tiles from the lower section to the top tile, but you can delete the ones from the top tile that you don't want to "see". Also, you can move around the lower tiles, so you can place the tiles you'd prefer to see closer to the top.
Maybe that will somewhat help you.

I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the new Dashboard. In this case, I encourage you to vote and comment in the following feature request called: Option to keep old iOS dashboard.
Hope this helps!

How do you move the lower ones? I've tried and the only I can do is delete them. Maybe it's because I have an android? It's still stupid and I agree with the original post. Why put the food app all the way at the bottom? That's probably the most important after steps.

@Csandt As an iOS user, I can only describe how to change the iOS app. I am hoping that the Android version appears and behaves the same way. When I tap on my Edit, my lower tiles are under the heading MANAGE TODAY ITEMS. The right side column has my drag and drop icons. That is how I rearrange my tiles.
If your edit screen is very different, then I think you should browse the Android forum for help. The two versions of the app are not always identical.
