Can't edit running distance

Hi, I seem to have a problem with editing running data. After inserting the distance and pressing “done” the app doesn’t take in the inserted distance. It works with road cycling exercise. 

Is this a feature or a bug?

I'm sorry you're having problems editing your activity. I'd like to help you out.

 

I'd recommend logging out of the Fitbit app and  then, log back in making sure you use the same email address and password and try to edit the activity one more time. If that still doesn't work, try to do this on your online dashboard on your computer and see if there's any difference and let me know once you've made it.

 

I'll be happy to help you out if you need anything.

Hi, I reinstalled the mobile app, but this did not solve the problem. I still can't edit my running exercises (i.e to add run distance).

I tried to edit on portal, but there I can't even find edit "button".

 

So case is still open.
