Can't even log in to the app anymore

I've had a lot of problems with my Charge HR, twice it just couldnt connect to my app, despite every guide on this website, luckily kohl's has an awesome return policy. Recently, I wanted to use my fitbit again, but it wouldn't connect, so i tried removing the device from my fitbit app, which had worked in the past, then reinstalling the app, but when doing that, I can't even log in anymore, it just freezes at the login screen. I don't see anything about Fitbit's servers being down and I'm just confused and a little bit furious... my internet and bluetooth are working fine, the Windows 10 app also freezes upon login.

 

edit: time solved the login problem. I waited a few hours before going on these boards, but the moment i submitted this it started working again. Still can't connect my charge HR though 😞

Hello @IncendiarySpade, thanks for joining us, it's great to see new faces around! Smiley Happy Thanks for letting me know you were able to access to your account now, I appreciate it. 

 

If you're tracker is still not pairing to your mobile device I would like to suggest the following:

 

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if Charge HR is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your tracker and leave it plugged in and charing. Also, restart your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and try to set up your tracker once again.
