Can’t get all day sync to work on my Charge 3

It says iPhone and watch must be paired but they are already as it shows connected in my WiFi settings.

Hi @cidee1. Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Thanks for sharing that the All-Day Sync isn't working, and let me help you with this matter. Let me explain that to use this function, your tracker and iPhone should be paired via Bluetooth so the information can be transferred to your account. That said, let's do the following steps:

 

  1. Remove the Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off and on the Bluetooth.
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Charge 3 > Sync Now.
  4. Try turning on the All-Day Sync option. When prompted to pair, please tap on Set Up.
