Can’t log in.

I can’t seem to log into my app on my iPhone. Its saying there’s an error. It did this last week and seemed to sort itself out. But it’s been like it since last night and I’m getting annoyed now! Iv tried all the usual stuff. Turn phone off Bluetooth off Wi-fi off. Close the app etc. Any advice. Have e mailed them I’m just waiting for a response but was hoping for some quicker advice.

What does the error say and what tracker do you have. 

 

Some have had good luck with "forget your device" in this article.

Sounds like Fitbit is aware of this fault.
