My Ionic had stopped syncing with the IOS app (having already refused to work with my Honor 10...) so I followed suggested solutions from elsewhere on the forums. This involved uninstalling the app. Now I have reinstalled and the app won’t let me login. My username and password works on the website but not on the app...I get a message saying The operation could not be completed (Networkbit.ht- TP error 1).
I’ve made sure the time/date is set to automatic as others have suggested. It won’t work. Any suggestions please?

@Benjymann thank you for reporting this situation that's preventing you from logging in to your Fitbit account in the app. As @Karenkarcher mentioned, please update the app and try to log in, if you're still receiving the same message, turn off WiFi on your phone, then log in to the Fitbit app. Once logged in, turn on WiFi.
