All of a sudden I can't access the app on my iPhone 6. It worked fine earlier today but now it opens and then closes right away. I have closed out of it completely and restarted my phone but nothing will fix it.

Welcome to the Fitbit family @Shill789! I'll be happy to help here. That sounds a little odd; thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this issue prior posting in the Community by closing the app and restarting your phone. Let's try to force quit by doing the following:
- Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
- Swipe left to find the Fitbit app.
- Swipe up on the Fitbit app's preview to close it.
Then try to log in to your Fitbit app. You might want to make sure that you're using the same email address to log in to your Fitbit account. Let me know how it goes!

No prob @Shill789, thanks for getting back to me! It's great to know that you're back on track now. Reinstalling the app again would have been the last resort and I'm happy to know this helped you resolved this issue. Feel free to post back, I'll be around!

@kskinn thanks for stopping by! Are you using the last version of the Fitbit app for iOS? Do let me know. Do not uninstall the app just yet. Try logging out and then logging back in.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi, I'm having the same problem - App wont open and swiping up doesn't sort the problem. What else can I do other than deleting and reinstalling?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @RR6! It's great to have you here!
In this case, I suggest restarting your iOS device and then attempt to open the Fitbit app. If t his doesn't work, I recommend checking the App Store and making sure that your Fitbit app does not require an update.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!
