I’ve followed all the requirements to try and sync watch and it’s still not right?

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @Cheekyp

I’m sorry to see your having syncing issues. Can you clarify a few things so that I can better assist you? Please let me know the type of Fitbit Tracker you have as well as the iOS device you have. Please include the current version of your Fitbit app as well as your iOS device. Example: Fitbit Alta HR, Fitbit App version 4.2, iOS version 13.3 iPad Pro.

😃 Keep me posted

Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch. After spending all morning on it I have managed to sort it and sync the watch.
Although I am not getting my texts through my phone and when someone rings it carries on vibrating which is very annoying. This has been since the new IOS update on my iPhone.

Hello again @Cheekyp

I have seen this exact issue addressed here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Fitbit-keeps-vibrating-after-answering-a-call/m-p/3805085#M1...

It appears to be a know issue that is being worked on by the Fitbit Team. I would certainly get involved in that discussion so that you can remain updated on the situation.
As far as your notification issue please review page 1 of this thread here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3... Please try all the steps listed carefully. Hopefully this will resolve your notifications issue.

😃 Hopefully this information will point you in the correct direction.
