Cannot Login to my account ( IP Blocked )

I tried to login to fitbit account via the web but the website shows the following message 

 

'Error 1006' The owner of this website (www.fitbit.com) has banned your IP address

 

Then i try login with my IOS app and app says 'Opps, something went wrong. Please try again'. 

 

Then now i access with VPN and managed to login to the fitbit web. However, the mobile app without vpn still unable to login. 

 

Earlier before i logout from the app, i was not able to resync my fitbit HR 2 to the phone as well. 

 

Please help.

Thank you for your reply. Below is the screenshot. 

I just found out that I could log in with my mobile data connection. But WIFI still has the IP blocked issue.

I am having this same issue.  Has been going on since 9/20.  Any help is appreciated.
