I've had my Alta for over a year but recently I've had trouble syncing it (it says Looking where it should say syncing). When I look in my Bluetooth settings it isn't paired with the Alta anymore and it doesn't appear on the list and it won't come up so I can pair it. I have the iPhone 6se. Please help?

This sounds pretty weird, let me help you. Try performing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row and set it up as a new device.
