Fitbit Update 1/25
If you are able to log into your Fitbit.com account but unable to log into the Fitbit App, I'd recommend making sure that you are using version 2.18 of the Fitbit iOS App. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
Also, can you please post a screenshot of whatever pop-up or error you see after you've tried logging into the App?
We are currently working to resolve this issue and your screenshots would definitely help. Thanks in advance!

Hi Laura,
What is the error message you see. Can you take a screenshot? Also, Are you on the latest version of the iOS app? Please check the App store and make sure your Fitbit App is updated.

I still cannot log in to the iphone app on my iphone. I have bee having this problem since November 2015. I have the latest version of the app and instead of telling me to check that my user name are correct, the app is not letting me log on because it is now saying that an SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made. Would really like this resolved. Will continue to use the app on my computer until this issue is resolved. I have included a screenshot of my current error message. Hope this helps you so that I can get this problem resolved.

Hello. I just bought a FitBit Charge HR last night. I cannot login to the FitBit App on my iPhone 4S. I updated and am running iOS9.2.1. It keeps telling me "an SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made". PLEASE HELP!! I was really looking forward to getting things running before my running this weekend.

I can't log in to the app. I have an iphone 6S plus running IOS9.2 and the latest version of your app is being used. I was trying to connect to myfitnesspal and because I had logged in originally using facebook i didn't have a specific account password. I went through the "forgot password" steps and changed my password. I can't log in using those credentials nor can i create a new user as it says my account is already set up.

I've had the SSL Error isue with logging on to the FitBit app on my iPhone 6 since day 1, but today my husband was working with the support team and he noticed that a survey profile (I do surveys and research things online for extra money and this one labelled VPN basically used my shopping habits etc from my phone and they pay me every few months) I had installed on my phone was toggling and each time he was able to turn it off the app would work. So, I now have that VPN setting forced off and the app is working. I'm not sure if this helps, but if any of you have something similar on your phone that could be interupting the signal for some strange reason, then it's worth a shot. Thought I'd let everyone know. Good Luck!

The fitbit desktop website and doggle are working perfectly. The Fibit app is having problems. About a week ago, my phone would 'connect' and 'sync' my bracelet, but nothing was shown. After about a week of that, today I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and when I tried to log in, it would say 'Logging Out' and go back to the homescreen. Homescreen being 'Sign Up' or 'Log In'. I have a Fitbit Flex and an iPhone 6Plus. I would attach a screenshot, but it goes back to the homescreen to quickly. PLEASE FIX!
