When I go go message a “friend” and press send the message will not send. When pressing on send it shows that it is pressed but does not send the message. I have:
- Loged out from the Fitbit app.
- Verified if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Rebooted phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and loged back in to account.
- Tried to send messages again.
- deleted app and reinstalled it
- tried sending a message from another phone
has anyone experienced this before and/or know how to fix it?

Thanks for the details provided and every step tried prior to posting. This is odd as you should be able to send messages to any person added as a friend on the Fitbit app. I went ahead to check your details and it seems you already have a case created with our Support team. I'd recommend following their instructions and replying back to them in order to receive further assistance. I hope we can get you back on track soon.
