This is for a friend.

 

She has an iPhone 6. When she cheers someone in the challenges it always disappears if she cheers more than one person.

 

I have had her shut down the phone and un-install and re-installed the app. But she still has the problem.

 

Any other ideas?

In this case the best way for your friend to move forward is to contact our Support team right away.
