Challenge invites not appearing on new dashboard

Hello all,   Can someone help please?

 

I have just updated the app to the new look one.   I can see all of the challenges in which I am currently participating but I cannot find the challenges for which I have an invitation.   I know that I have invites as I have the emails, but I cann’t see them in the app.   

 

Also, if I select to ‘join the challenge’ from the email, it just bumps me to the FitBit.com page asking me to open the app - which gives me the same problem as above.   

 

This is probably just me being stupid - but can someone please help.   Don’t want the challenges to fill up before I have the chance to accept it.    Thanks in advance

Hi @MunchersMail. It's nice to see you here, and I'm sorry for my delayed response.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and sharing that you have the new dashboard. I'll help you out with this situation. Usually the invites to participate in a challenge will be displayed in the Fitbit app below your Today's stats. Since that's not happening, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, and log back in to your account.
  5. Ask your friends to send you an invite one more time.
