Challenges not syncing

My fitbit is working and syncing everywhere except for challenges.  I've rebooted the Fitbit, I've restarted my iphone, and it shows synced on the website on my dashboard. It was working for a day but then two days ago it stopped and I can't get it to update.  Any ideas?

If your interested in receiving an answer from Fitbit then I suggest contacting them

May I ask what phone you have? Your Fitbit One syncs to your account. Your account data should then sync up to the challenges. 

Let's first try and refresh the apps data by logging out/in on the Fitbit app.

I heard back from Fitbit saying it was a known problem. A day after that it started working spontaneously. Thank you though for your help.
