@ShawnaStorm From the Fitbit App, click on "Account", then "Advanced Settings", then "Units".
From there you can change the units.

Hello my friend @ShawnaStorm, it's nice to see you around! As my friend @Kmransom123 said before, you can follow those steps for the Fitbit app.
If you're using your Fitbit.com Dashboard, do the following:
- Log into your dashboard at fitbit.com and click the gear icon in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
- Choose Settings > Personal Info.
- Under Units, change Weight to Pounds, Stone, or Kilograms.
- Don't forget to click Save.
