Charge 2 and iPhone 7 text notifications stil not working

My iPhone 7s+ does not seem to work with my Charge 2 it syncs but I don't get notifications on the watch. I read other answers and my settings are all correct and I don't have it synced to another phone. How do I fix?

Are the settings correct in both the app, the ios notifacation center and on the Charge 2?

You mention text notifacation only. Does that mean you receive calendar,  call ID and reminders to move?
