Charge 2 not syncing with app or Bluetooth

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since this afternoon my Charge 2 won't synch with the app. This kept happening so I checked the Bluetooth connection, and it's missing in the list of devices connected through Bluetooth.

I removed my Fitbit from the app and tried readding it. At first it just wouldn't find it at all, so I restarted my Fitbit. Now when I go through the steps to add it again, it says "We found your tracker! Connecting to Tracker..." and it won't move beyond that.

Any suggestions/help? 😕

Hello @brilliantyears, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around! Smiley Happy

If your Charge 2 is not pairing to your account after you removed it from it, please try the following:

  1. Restart your phone.
  2. Restart your tracker once again and leave it plugged in and charging.
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds and turn it back on.
  4. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the set up process.
  5. Try to set up your tracker once again:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

Once thing to point out is that your tracker will only appear on the list of paired devices on the Bluetooth settings of your phone when you have already set up Notifications, it won't necessarily be listed if it's only paired to your account.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
