My charge 2 keeps saying not syncing as phone not connected to Bluetooth but it is. I have to turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on to make it work?!

Hello @Laura1982, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to see new faces around. It's always nice to see you @ACG, thanks for your help.
@Laura1982, at this moment I would like to suggest you that while you're on the app, swipe up on your phone to display the Control Center, turn off Bluetooth through here and turn it back on. Then swipe down to close it, return to the Fitbit app and swipe down on the screen until the banner telling you Bluetooth is off disappears. Then your tracker will start syncing.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
